we bought it in November, got it to work, connected to PC and programmed it twice since, the third time we went to update it we could not make it work no matter what we tried, countless phone calls later and hours of helpless frustration we wish we never bought it.. sad to say, as it is good price and good equipment, their old outdated software sucks and support is non existent.. :(

We had the older version at our store. It is slightly different but it definitely great quality and the price was phenomenal.
