Very pleased with the chair ,had a couple of issues with it , which were sorted out quickly .Good Communication , highly recommend.

Product quality ok until assembly time. Do not secure seat to base fully until arms fitted otherwise bolts/ nuts do not align.Cross rail nuts would not line up on one end as holes had not been cleared fully so carefully adjustment required. Opposite end seems holes were drilled right through and outer holes plugged. See photos. While disappointed I did not relish going through process of returning and hoping replacement would be ok. Of course if supplier could just replace cross rail that would be great.

Suits what I need it for

A simple chair I thought. I wasn't expecting a top knotch chair for the cost but I bought 2 and am sending one back. We put it up alignment was tricky. Sat in it it's as hard as a rock a little cheap seat padding would go a long way. But when he sat on it the arms had splinters all down them cheap yes but substandard definitely. Shame they look nice. Note to manufacturer we westerners like a softer seat and use more sandpaper

Wanted something functional as had no furniture in new flat. Easy to assemble, bit hard but do the job.

Not yet assembled as finding it very difficult. I wish firms would either sell furniture ready assembled or not state 'easy assembly' because it's really not
