Gourmet kitten food with 60% meat content
I’ve been feeding my 8-month-old kitten for the past 4 months, and it’s quickly become a favourite. This food boasts an impressive 60% meat content, far surpassing the less than 10% found in many high street brands. It’s perfect for pet owners looking to provide top-notch nutrition without compromise. What sets Scrumbles apart is its gourmet quality - it contains chunky pieces of meat that look and smell incredibly appetising, like real, wholesome food. The natural aroma, combined with the high meat content, makes it a treat my kitten can’t get enough of. If you’re on the lookout for premium-quality pet food, I can’t recommend Scrumbles enough. It’s a fantastic option for anyone wanting to give their cat the very best.

Cat loved it!
I bought this food for my foster cat who was struggling with an upset tummy. He can be picky with food but really enjoyed all of the flavours & wolfed them down! It's also helped improve his gut health as he seems to be back to normal. I liked the little tins although found it difficult to get all of the food out of the tin easily - just a little gripe, no big deal. Would definitely purchase again

Check out the recommended amount of food on website
I’ve been using Scrumbles for about a year so can give a long term review. My cat has always had liquid stools regardless of what food she had but was in good health and never seemed bothered by it. When I saw adverts I thought I would see if Scrumbles helped. To begin with it seemed great. After a couple of weeks her stools firmed up. I was giving her the normal 2 feeds a day, a tin each time. Over time she slimmed down, which she really needed to, her coat was shiny and she became more active. All good. She was always after more food. I have other cats on different food but I kept her away due to the good effects when only on Scrumbles. Gradually she got more aggressive in her attempts to eat the other cats’ food. Next vet visit she had lost a LOT more weight and the vet was concerned. I realised the Scrumbles portion sizes are actually nowhere near what she should be having! So I upped it and have been giving her 4 tins a day for 3-4 months now, and I’ve been weighing her hoping she would put some weight back on. She is only just maintaining the same weight even with doubling the amount. She is in good health, active, but still hungry. I can only conclude that there is just not enough in Scrumbles to give her the nutrition she needs. 4-5 tins a day is costing a fortune and frankly does not seem worth it. I don’t know if other people realise the amount of tins Scrumbles recommend (there’s a guide on their website) but it seems very unreliable. The guide for the chicken broth suggests 6 tins a day for a 4kg cat (not huge) and 4 tins of the meat in jelly. Different again for the pate versions. I think they should standardise their portion sizes and produce bigger tins. Who feeds their cat 4-5-6 times a day? It’s nice wholesome food but it seems like fewer poos in a day could just be because she’s not getting enough.

Good for sensitive tummies
Well tolerated by my old cat but so expensive unless on offer. Sometimes the quality is a bit hit and miss and boxes and tins are a bit bashed on arrival and some tins are lacking meat and just jelly! but the slippery elm really seems to suit him whereas lots of others just upset his tum

My cat loves scrumbles
I had to switch food for my cat as couldn't stand the smell of other mainstream cat food. While this promises to sort out smelly poos (!), it hasn't worked for our cat. She's having various tests and has been on medication, but we hoped a food swap would help. It hasn't. But she loves the Scrumbles wet food and pâtés - but won't touch their dry food or treats - so the local pet rescue charity benefited from those.

No better than regular cat food
My cat just had the Jelly but left the chucks which look the same as any other regular cat food, it's also quite a firm and dry food.

Great!
Really really good for our cat who is prone to getting a bit of a sensitive tummy. He used to only eat Sheba and could be fussy but really really loves Scrumbles! Way less smelly poops and a happier kitty!
