This is not the first time I purchased a kit from LovLim, I just love their products!The kit has various yarn colors, niddles and pins. All I need for my projects. The yarn is soft and of great quality. I used it for my first project (a bunny) few years ago and it is still intact.I love that it contains all you need for an easy use.Will buy again

It is so hard to find cotton yarn that has any thickness to it. This yarn is great. It’s not super bulky but much thicker than most. It’s soft, easy to work with and colors are very deep. Highly recommend it.

Ok, so I do like this yarn. I would have given the 5 star if a few of the skeins didn’t have messy knots tied together. I wish I could give a 4 1/2 star but that’s not an option. Softness is perfect as the yarn just glides while I knit. The colors are perfect. The notions and little bag it comes in is a nice touch. I would recommend this even with the knots as it is easily fixable. One skein makes one adult large knitted hat with US size 6 needles. I’m picking more of this yarn up. It’s a bargain and well worth the risk.If you are knitting, check your gauge. It’s a nice quality overall sitting at 4/12 stars.If you are expecting perfection in the quality of the yarn: reasonable expectations. I bought another set from another merchant on Amazon and was completely disappointed. This one was well worth the purchase and hopefully your skin won’t have a knot tying it together.If you are expecting to have fun with this yarn: yup, it’s going to be fun.If you are used to acrylic yarn: this yarn is softer and seems to glide better on the yarn…it’s a nice step up without breaking the bank.If you are used to getting a kit to make National Park hats —> This set rocks for that. While I used this set to make hats for our Boy Scout Troop, it’s certainly something I enjoy using. :)If you want to take a chance on crafting: do it. This set was pretty cool.Pro Tip: when you hit the knot, untie it and do an invisible join. Trim off the fluffy parts and strings. Your seam will be much nicer and you don’t have to weave in the ends.Happy crafting!

I really love this set of yarn!! They're so soft, and you get a great amount, and a really practical color assortment. I've made some brown crochet mushroom amigurumi with these, and they came out adorable!! I think I used a 5mm hook for those, so I wouldn't have gaps, but I could've easily gone up in hook size (they recommend 5-7mm). Since it is a multi strand yarn, you want to keep your tension tight so you don't have threads sticking out, and you can get caught on the threads occasionally. Because it's so soft, it was easier to work with than I expected. The yarn glides really nicely, and it's thicker than worsted, so it works up quickly. It'll take me awhile to work through these skeins, but I'd definitely order more of this!! Very nice quality, and looks great when finished. My new favorite yarn.

I love how vibrant and autumnal the color selection is. I am currently crocheting a nice fall scarf with several of the colors in this set and it look great so far. This is a fully cotton yarn and its nice and soft while still having really good stitch definition. This set actually came with a really nice reusable plastic bag with handles and snap to close it. This is super useful for holding projects you are working on etc. It also comes with some bonus stitch markers and other little items, which are always appreciated. Highly recommended!

This yarn is indeed very soft. However, it has a big con. Of the 8 skeins, only 1 of them had an end coming out of the middle. I spent a lot of time looking for these ends. I could find the outside end but not the inside end. This end coming out of the middle of skein is what makes crocheting or knitting easier. The skein can lay in your lap or in a bag and the yarn easily slides through your fingers onto the needle or hook. This can't happen with this yarn. Instead, I have to use an outside end which means I have to take the wrapper off the skein and then the skein will turn around and around as I use the yarn. What a pain! Either that, or I will need to re-roll all the skeins.
