I am amending this, because the Zyppah here is NOT AS PICTURED. My first, ordered directly from Zyppah, had a thick, PINK tongue strap. I had it nearly a year, then lost it. I ordered a replacement here. It looks exactly the same as the original but the one I received had a THIN, CLEAR tongue strap, and that strap BROKE in less than 2 months! I ordered a replacement less than a month ago, and it also came with the clear strap (though the photo shows a heavier pink strap!), and THAT ONE BROKE, TOO! The product works, but I’d recommend getting it directly from ZYPPAH. ******************** This was recommended to me by a friend, and I bought the second one for my guy. It really works on the snoring! One caveat, until you get used to it it’s a little uncomfortable and you will drool, but this goes away eventually. Writing this because I thought it was really pricey and would not have taken a risk had a friend of mine not told told me it worked.

If you have researched snoring and apnea remedies, you know there are a host of them. Just the MAD's (the mouthpieces) are numerous. Some will work for you (and not others) and some will work for other and not you. It's a hard leap of faith to pay $80 (my Zippah's price) when you just don't know. So I have looked for a money-back guarantee, even though you read some negative responses about that, too. Well, I can certify that the Zippah folks' guarantee is 100% spot-on. The unit unfortunately did not work for me; I have a severe gag reflex. Zippah could not have been better (you contact them, not Amazon) with a series of reasonable "try this" hints. Then, when I still could not use it, "No problem, here are the return instructions." 5 days later, the refund was issued. THANK YOU!!! I strongly recommend you give Zippah a try.

This piece is TERRIBLE wish i had read reviews before purchasing. Non- refundable too. this is not the same product you get when you order direct. it was WAY too small. there are no size choices available. when i boiled it as per instructions- it just became a smashed mess. DO BETTER YOU PUNKS!!

The product mostly works as advertised, enough that I will continue to use it. The two great flaws with this product are the vendor's choice of packaging. The product comes in a corrugated cardboard box sealed with 2 flaps and no other closure - not the tiniest bit of tape holds the box shut. When mine arrived both flaps were half untucked. Do the manufacturers really think the box will never be tipped or dropped or piled or jostled around? The Zyppah was rattling loose inside the box, all it needed was one more knock to send it out into the depths of a truck or bin or warehouse or mudpuddle. Also, anybody at all who handled or came near the package could open it up, pull out the product and do whatever they wanted to it. The package can be re-closed with no one knowing the difference. This thing is supposed to go into my MOUTH. The second problem with the packaging is that it is brightly colored eye-catching and attention-getting. It tells everyone exactly what is inside: "dual action hybrid snoring solution". Do you receive your packages at work? Do they come to a doorman? Do you share your mail area with a roommate or housemate or suitemate? Do you or any of them have any relatives or friends or coworkers or acquaintances who will see the mail as it arrives? Well now everyone knows about your private medical condition. How will all your coworkers and friends and dates treat you differently knowing this? This product is designed to break and be replaced every 4 to 6 months (per the instructions) so they want me to go through the embarrassment of re-shipment over and over again. I think I will try one of the competitors when this one wears out. I have a photograph of the package half-opened as it arrived, but this browser won't allow me to upload it.

I have been avoiding getting a MAD for a while now. It's NOT sexy to sleep with a mouth piece. BUT! Then again, snoring isn't very sexy either. So, I found one that was well designed and came in pink! It was easy enough to form to my mouth and my first night with it, I was in hell. My jaw hurt, my teeth hurt...I was heartbroken. Then I did some problem solving. I realized that my upper front teeth were hurting because of the way I had made my impressions in the moth piece. I didn't realize it at the time, but I made the weight of my lower jaw, the burden of my front teeth alone. So, I reheated the top of my mouth piece and made a new set of impressions on top, this time with the focus on my back molars. Problem solved! Fro the first few nights after I made the adjustment, I had sore teeth, but only as sore as getting braces. As the days went on, the soreness went away. I'm a month in and I can't imagine sleeping without it. I CAN CLOSE MY MOUTH WITH IT IN! I don't drool or look like a monster. My partner is beyond happy and thinks it's adorable. No more snoring means we both get better sleep. I had zero hopes for this device, but I didn't give up. Don't worry, if you put in a small amount of effort and patience you'll love this. It works!
