Excellent. Better than stock earbud tips
If you use wireless earbuds, you know the stock tips are often the weakest link. They might be too shallow, too slippery, or just plain uncomfortable. Enter the SpinFit Omni—and they are exactly the upgrade I was looking for. SpinFit's patented 3D axis design isn't a gimmick; the tips slightly swivel to match the unique curve of your ear canal. This results in an incredibly snug and comfortable fit that lasts for hours, which is perfect for my long work days. Crucially, that perfect seal means the passive noise isolation is immediately better, which in turn boosts the performance of the earbuds' ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) and, more importantly, the bass response. Everything sounds tighter and more impactful now. The big win for me was that I got them to fit on my Soundcore Liberty 4 NC earbuds. The stock tips felt a little shallow and sometimes broke the seal, but the Omni tips snapped onto the earbuds and still allowed the Liberty 4 NC to fit and charge perfectly inside its case. If you have similar issue with L4NC, grab a pair of Omnis—it’s an instant, noticeable sound quality and comfort improvement. They are a bit pricier than standard silicone tips, but considering the soundstage improvement, the non-irritating, soft material, and the secure fit they provide for me, they are absolutely worth the investment for any earbud user.

Great replacement for Galaxy Buds2 Pro!
Super great replacement for my Galaxy Buds2 pro. I used the mid sized tips from the stock Galaxy buds and got the MS for these since they were a tad smaller. I always thought the galaxy Ear tips were just barely too big for my ears. Otherwise the M size I think is an exact match to the originals! These also fit much nicer in my ears since the silicone is a lot grippier. They stay in position better now even while chewing, I'm curious how they'll do when I go running in summertime again. As for sound isolation, these sound a lot better as nearly nothing comes in from ambient sounds. My ANC also isn't negatively affected, it actually sounds a bit better with my ear buds.

Great quality but limited functionality
These are great, high-quality eartips, but unfortunately they just aren't versatile enough. I first tried them with a regular pair of earbuds (Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro) and they fit without any issues. They were extremely comfortable and fit my ears perfectly. However, I specifically bought them for my Soundcore Sleep A30 earbuds. Because those are designed to be worn while sleeping, they're very low-profile. These eartips would have been perfect for them, since they're also small and short. But unfortunately it was almost impossible to get them onto the earbuds at all. There are other low-profile eartips that aren't nearly as restrictive. For example, brands like Whizzer and KBear make eartips that are actually even smaller than these, but they fit a wider variety of earbuds thanks to their openings being wider. I own a pear of KBear coffee eartips, and they fit my A30's without any issues at all. But it's just unfortunate, because the quality of these SpinFit tips are unreal, and I also find them to be more comfortable than any other silicone eartips I've tried. These would have been perfect to wear with my sleep earbuds, but they just don't fit. I really wish SpinFit made a version of these with a larger opening to accommodate a wider range of earbuds. They do make other eartips with larger openings, but none are as low-profile as these. So while I think these are excellent, it's hard to recommend them when they can't fit a wide range of earbuds.

Perfect fit and stays in place. Non irritating medical grade material for sensitive ears.
I am going to rate these personally in 2 categories. Fit/Comfort and Sound. DO NOT CLEAN WITH ALCOHOL. It will 100% ruin the surface of these and any silicone ear tips. Only soap and water like the manufacture states. Fit/Comfort: These omni are compatible with my Alpha and Delta ks3 correctly. These have a shorter bore length. I have tried all kinds of tips. Sizes and materials. I used to like foams. Then I got tired of replacing them. Quality of the foams also vary drastically from brands. They also started to irritate my right ear which I have issues with. Only 1 brand of foams do not irritate my ear. I looked for years for tips that fit and do not irritate. These are THEM! I have a tiny ear canal. So these S(11mmx7.6mm) fit perfectly and they hold tightly. These are sticky and super soft. 100% med grade silicone. I can finally use my IEMs longer then 20min. You need to figure out which size you are and if they fit your IEM correctly. Do not only consider bore size and tip size, Consider also the bore length of how much it sticks out. If you do not you will waste a lot of money and time on these tips. They are worth the money because I have never felt this comfort before. Thank you spin fit! Sound: So this correlates to the seal of the tip. The better the seal to the ear the better the sound frequency It outputs. The style of tip can also change the overall frequency a bit. These are a standard bore so they do not change anything. But they increased the details on all fronts. tighter bass, clear mids, and detailed highs because the fit is so good for me. If you get a better fit you get the most out of the IEM's period. For me these are the best silicone tips I have tried. So I give them a 5/5.

Good product, just very small ear(s).
So they are good, don't get me wrong. They fit a little tight onto my kiwi ears cadenza earbuds but they do fit.... However they are still somehow too tight for my ears (i got the ss). Well they are too tight for my right ear, they fit okay in my left. They work fine until i smile (or if it's cold out) then the right one makes a groaning sound and pops out of my head just enough to break the seal. Honestly it's just a me problem, it would probably help if they were deeper (they seem kinda shallow.) When they seal properly they do grip pretty good though!

If your ear buds keep falling out. If you’re still hearing ambient noise even when you have noise cancelling switched on — get these.

Got the SS size; I had the S size of these previously and was equally impressedby these. The ear tips are a tight fit on my Artti T10 IEMs, but at least once they're on they're nice and secure. A more comfortable fit for my small ears than the S without compromising on sound isolation or quality, and, as I previously remarked, there is a notable improvement in sound quality over the tips that come with my IEMs. The silicone is comfortable, grippy, and feels durable, I'm not afraid to be rough with the tips with my nails to get them on. Whilst pricey, I can easily recommend them nonetheless.

I had trouble with the stock earbud tips coming loose after walking or any exercise. Tried foam ones, no good so went back to stock; medium for left ear and large for right. I then bought some CP1025 tips, not realising that they need the CP2 adaptor to elongate the tip off the bud itself so it can sit deeper in your canal. I gave up on those as the CP2 seems to be discontinued. The Omni does have a longer internal structure, which holds it deep enough in my ear canal that the plastic bud doesn't cause pressure pain. It was a very tight squeeze to get them on, but persistence paid off. I found the L size to be perfect, without any discomfort but feeling quite secure.

A bit hard to get on. A bit expensive for what they are. That aside.. they work. A more comfortable fit and they grip the inside of my ear canal better than the OEM tips. Impact on sound is minimal to my ears but I haven't had the buds for that long.
