People complain about weeny doses, but this is bypassing the stomach and absorbing through the body’s biggest organ. What’s not to like.

These patches will not cure the pain but do help take the edge off. Some people have complained about not getting the correct No in the package. I would respond to this by saying they are thin and almost see through and the backing sheet they come on is the same I’ve almost thrown some away thinking the sheet are empty but on twisting the backing a little I found another sheet stuck to the empty one so don’t be in a rush to throw away.

These magnesium topical patches are easy to use, and don’t cause an irritation to my normally sensitive skin. I can’t have any type of magnesium orally as it upsets my digestive system, where these patches bypass that and absorb into the skin. In terms of adhesion they stick to my skin and don’t peel off in the night, and come off easily without pulling my skin. You get 30 in a packet, so that’s a months worth roughly. In terms of sleep quality I accidentally forgot to put one on one night, and couldn’t understand why I wasn’t sleeping properly, and it’s the only thing I did differently (or didn’t do in my case) in relation to my normal sleep routine. I do sleep a alot better when using them, as opposed to not using them so I’ll continue to use them. Price wise they work out to be roughly 67p a patch currently, so quite good value for money.

I've used Magnesium threonate for a couple of years to help with my sleep and seeing that these patches contain a third of that particular type, which I believe is the most readily absorbed by the body, I thought these were definitely worth trying out. The square patches stick well and I put one on at bedtime and remove it in the morning. I can't say for definite, but so far, I am inclined to believe that the patches are helping me get a better nights sleep. I'm always awake before my alarm goes off and for the three nights I have used these patches, I have slept through to my alarm - unheard of! I really like them so far. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that these patches are way more expensive than my usual tablets. Maybe that premium is worth it - if this carries on for teh entire course of 30 patches, I could well be tempted to buy more
