I have already consumed three bottles of this product and highly recommend it. I take them at night, as they have significantly improved my sleep quality. I feel more relaxed and tranquil, and I wake up with less body aches, depending on my activities the previous night. Notably, I do not experience pain or discomfort from a long day of work.I appreciate the inclusion of turmeric and ginger root, which I find beneficial. However, I would prefer a more potent turmeric extract, so I add a pinch of pepper to my water before taking the pills.Interestingly, this product has not caused any stomach upset for me, despite not having a gallbladder. Magnesium citrate, on the other hand, does have a negative impact on my stomach.The optimal time to take this product (morning, night, or midday) may vary depending on individual preferences. There is no unpleasant aftertaste or burping sensation associated with it. Overall, I am satisfied with the product’s quality and the purity of its ingredients.

Great product! I was getting muscle cramps in my legs many nights and a friend suggested I try this product. I have been taking 2 capsules every night before bed for several months and have not woken up to a muscle cramp once!

My doctor recommended magnesium for leg muscle pain, the first bottle I received made a big difference, my legs were not hurting as much, and I was able to sleep better with the Glycinate. The second bottle is not making so much difference, but I still like it.

My daughter in law swears this is the old thing that helps her sleep. I use them too but my sleep has been inconsistent, but I have some ongoing pain issues. I have bought several bottles and am happy with the results.
