Love this product. This was my second time to purchase. It does what it says and i fell great. Lost wright while staying energetic, slept well and ate well just less of what i used to and didnt feel hungry or jittery. I wake up hungry in the morning as my metabolism is up like it used to be when i was younger. It also helped stabilize my mood which i really noticed on stressful days at work. I was able to lower my stress quite a bit. I think that also has an effect on weight loss as stress cause you to produce cortisol
