Picked this saber up as a Xenopixel v3 variant (with bluetooth app syncing). Delivery time was fine considering it was coming from the opposite side of the world. However, I did have a quality issue: The saber lit up, and the audio was there, but after a few minutes the speaker appeared to die. This led me to a conversation over 3 weeks with Leah, their CS representative assigned to me.She took the time to break down any pain points I had with my purchase: debugging the speaker issue, sending along a replacement including some extra screws, and when it was determined that the problem was with the core itself, she set up a replacement core within a short period. Problem resolved, saber works as advertised, but Leah, you turned what was going to be a "so I returned it" post to "happily ever after." Kudos from your customer.

I need a new charger/block and can’t seem to find one.Otherwise it’s awesome.

It's an almost perfect product!! Nothing wrong, but as a bladesman the Luke Emitter with the thin neck look is a detriment for combat, it feels weak when swung heavily but that's such a small flaw everything else is absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend!

The light on the hilt stopped working after the first day of use. But the saber itself still works. I’m on the fence about it wish it was better functioning. Still pretty cool but not too satisfied with the product durability.
