Does what it says on the tin. Update - I wouldn’t buy again
Update 4th March - 2weeks later and the wheels are discolouring/showing signs that the paint isn’t of great quality. Wheels were rubbed back, primed twice and coated with this paint twice...turned out not to be a great product after all.Used two cans to put a good coating on 4 van wheels. Used etching primer, this gave a good base for the paint to adhere and the finish is v.good

Unlike other paints it has a good spray and doesn't run out of pressure half way through
Very good and tough paint, have used on refurbishment of car wheels along with a toughened lacquer and it is surprisingly good. Can't fault the product and not overly expensive for the quality
