Pathetic product
We ordered the bed in Jan 2025, in less than one month the bed broke and was harmful for person sitting on the bed. I request the seller to Kindly refund the amount. Product is harmful for customer.

Hard to assemble. Bad Sevice by Amazon.
The packaging is horrible, and it's damn hard to install. Don't buy unless you're planning to call a carpenter for assembly. Although, the build quality is good and sturdy. As per the guidelines on the app, two people should deliver this product. A lone delivery guy arrived and I wasn't home. He asked my mother to carry it through to the stairs.
