The best it can do is form a bulge. Women can enhance their figures, then so can you men. I 've seen a similar piece that is molded stiff, but pliable fabric and keeps its form through wash and air dried. This one unlike the one I'm familiar with, previously noted, has a general penis form of narrow avg width and does not form the penis head with a corona edge as one would expect to have looking more realistic under shorts,slacks or swimwear. Basically, you get a bulge with average narrow shaft form, and the closer your outer wear is to it, might be satisfactorily appreciated. If you're looking to subtly impress, then this may be for you. Mostly, waste of money. I couldn't find anymore yet, the one described better, which was on the market some years ago.

Trans-masc here, this is my first "packer" and it's great! Very cheap, yeah, but it makes me look like I have a bulge and combined with my chest binder, I look and feel like a guy! It's comfortable and can be washed easily.

It doesn’t fit as I though and it’s just peach coloured foam that doesn’t even make a shape you could also only use it if you already have a d*** so it’s Basically useless I wouldn’t waste the money on it
