I have a dog that will bite at any slow feeder and damage it, so silicone and plastic are not options. This bowl feeds slow, is durable, and truly dishwasher safe. Quality was great, no sharp edges on the ceramic finish or anything. Would buy again!

Definitely slows him down which is the main goal - I wish it had a silicone ring on the bottom or even some bumpers to help protect countertops and floors. I added some of my own but they eventually fall off.

We liked these for our dogs, it really slowed our two little piggies down. They are great for medium to larger dogs. Well made and nice colors.

I like the weight and size and that it is not plastic. I bought a second one for his crushed ice treat/water bowl. It's a great water bowl because the pup can't tip it over. We are very happy with it and wouldn't change a thing.

My lab didn’t finish his first meal in it before shattering it. Just beware if there’s a chance your dog may be rough with this bowl.. breaks very easy
