Bought this as use an Casio fx83 at home and wanted something similar to use at work (rather than the antiquated Casio I was using). So ordered this as an almost identical one and tried it next to my old one. Good news is all functions are identical and works perfectly. Yes, the display on the old Casio is slightly better and the keys are slightly more plasticy. On long calcs it is also maybe 20% slower than the old Casio, but you would not notice any of this if you didn't have them side by side and the models are not quite identical anyway. An improvement on the 47 year old Casio I have now retired, but only time will tell if it lasts as long! Cheap, works and does exactly what I wanted it for - recommend.
