Worked perfectly. Saved me lots of $ from either getting factory service or a new printer. Was not easy to download and reinstall drivers but it worked for about $10 extra.

Wrong product size
This is advertised to fit Epson 2550 printer but it does not fit. The black pad is the original my printer had and the white one was the one this seller mailed me. I was able to request a refund. thank you
