Very pleasant tasting and effective tea. The flavor of the real cinnamon in it really comes through. I add a tea bag in my coffee carafe and let it steep, smells like cinnamon-flavored coffee ☕, love it.I really recommend this tea with it's quality ingredients and affordability.

Caffeine free herbal tea with senna has a very pleasant taste. I boiled 1 cup of water, steeped the teabag4 minutes then added 1 teaspoon sugar and enjoyed the herbal flavors.

Not all laxative teas work for me, but this Senna Leaf Tea definitely did the trick. I first tried 2 tea bags, which caused some mild discomfort (similar to colic), but it didn’t make me go. So, I increased the dosage to 4 tea bags at once, and it worked within 8 hours. The colic was very mild and tolerable. I highly recommend this tea—it helped me lose 7 pounds in 3 weeks.

I work in health but it's mental health so I can only tell you that it seems to be somewhat effective, though I am not well versed enough to say how much of an impact this tea has on BMs compared to diet and other life factors. All I know for sure is when I have felt plugged up on occasion (not to be gross), this does seem to help out to some degree. Plus I think drinking it in tea form versus some oral medication like Miralax is way preferable.

It’s identical to *Smooth Move* except it’s not organic and costs A LOT less!
