The headset is amazing with audio and sound they have an amazing battery life and the quality is amazing overall I would definitely recommend this to others

Sounds good and fit perfectly..

I bought these for my son and he claims he now has super hearing... That's a win in my book.Other notes:He says they're very comfy, adjustable, and he likes that they're wireless so he can get snacks while gaming without having to put his headset down. He said the mic quality is good and he can hear 360 degrees around him on his games. He thinks I spent hundreds of dollars... heh.I like these too because I no longer have to listen to his friends screaming from the computer! Another win!

Since i purchased this there has been issues. Audio sounds terrible. Constantly crackling. People can’t hear me because it is constantly cutting out. I had to travel for work and missed the deadline to return so now i am stuck with this. Very disappointing because I’ve had success with turtle beach in the past. If there is any way to reopen and return or even exchange, i would be appreciative.

My grandson who is an avid gamer will only use Turtle Beach headsets. He says the quality is unmatched.

I don’t know why but whenever i plug the usb in and turn on the headset it’s loud then i turn it down barely like 1mm and the volume goes down a lot. It’s almost as if when i turn it on it starts at a high volume which I don’t like

They’re great, it’s very loud and legit headphones not knockoffs.

Very nice and in great condition great audio I like them a lot very snug but not to tight
