I am redoing my review. From bad to good.This is a decent product. It works like it says. Here is the rub. You need to 100% get the conductive gel. AbSonic works best. If you want to be cheap. Tap water will work. But not as good. DO NOT USE DISTILLED WATER. The belt will not work as well by itself. The gel helps the current move evenly and efficiently. You will feel it at 10. On a side note. I bought ApeBorn belt as well. It was trash and $150. Even with gel. So I'm satisfied with this one. It is Superb!! When used in conjunction with conductive gel.

Great mini ab workout. I had a baby and this helped me work my stomach muscles back while too busy to do a full workout. This will actually make you feel like you've been doing crunches. It's as conformity as could be expected, but it gets the job done.

Spend so much money going for slimming sessions but now I realized this great product can help me save money. It works and the strength of massage can be adjusted. Very strong massage for fast slimming. Simply love this massage belt and use it for other parts of body like wrap around shoulder to massage back and arms. Highly recommend!
