personally i did felt good improvement in my exercise routine, gained good amount of strength plus i stayed less moody throughout the day ( skeptics may call it placebo but i am sane enough to notice visible differences ) so there it is its an absolute worthy choice if you prefer trying out necessary vitamins.

Expiry date and Mfg date scratched on the label indicating something is wrong like product is expired. But cannot tell as only this information is somehow scratched. Last time this issue was not there.

Just skip thia pill.
I think it's more of a gimmick. If i would have not noticed any change i would be happy.l, but i saw some downside of the product. Low libido, disappearance of morning wood, i felt i wasted my money on this product. Had to throw away the second bottle and after i stopped taking the pills, feels more confident and no variation in energy.
