Reasonable cost but it is a big pill. If you have trouble swallowing this isn't for you.

I have been using these for several years now. I used to buy them at whole foods but am glad to be able to order them at Amazon now. Great potency. I take it at night and find the bioflavinoids help me sleep. The dose can be adjusted in 1000 mg increments as needed.

It's a little too big & rough for me to swallow so I cut them in half. The taste isn't bad at all just tasted like Vit C. Overall great product for the price and I will continue to purchase.

I bought these as they were recommended by an M.D. in a magazine for people who have broken capillaries. Unfortunately, I have a lot of them because my vascular system walls aren't very strong. So, I take this to help strengthen them in the hopes of not getting any more capillaries. Check with your doctor if you are cleared to take vitamin C, especially if you have had or have kidney stones or gastritis or a GI. ulcer. You can also ask your pharmacist.
