I recently purchased the HP 15s with the 12th Gen Intel Core i5 processor, and I’m extremely happy with my decision! The laptop is sleek, lightweight, and has a modern design that looks great. The 12th Gen Core i5 processor handles everything I throw at it with ease, whether it’s running multiple apps or streaming videos. I’ve noticed smooth multitasking, and it doesn’t slow down, even when I’m working with large documents or browsing with many tabs open. The keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the trackpad is responsive. I also appreciate the decent battery life, which lasts me through a full day of work without needing a recharge. In terms of storage, the laptop comes with ample space, and it boots up quickly thanks to the fast SSD. The speakers deliver clear sound, which is great for video calls and media consumption. Received an old laptop-cheated by seller
⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed, Felt Cheated I purchased an HP laptop on 29th April 2025 from Amazon. I used it only two times, and on the next use, the laptop suddenly stopped switching on. We took it to the HP Service Centre in June 2025, and to our shock, they told us the warranty had already expired. This clearly means an old or previously used laptop was sold to us. After trying multiple times to reach customer care, finally a technician came and replaced the motherboard. The laptop turned on, but it started asking for a BitLocker Recovery Key, which we never set. The technician who came had no proper knowledge and simply said it was a software issue, then left without fixing anything. We again had to go to the service centre and ended up spending ₹5000 just to remove the issue. This has been a very bad and frustrating experience. I never expected such cheating from a trusted online platform like Amazon. Totally disappointed.

I purchased this laptop on march 25 2025 ,No internal hard disk and keyboard not up to the stranded, usb port located in nearby we cannot use 2 usb at one time little difficult, still not measure my battery back up but seems to be fast discharging ,
