Wonderful Pillows and Helpful Seller
Really nice pillows. We ordered two, one didn't "plump" up when it came out of vacuum pack like the other did but seller/amazon was very cooperative and sent a replacement right away. The replacement plumped up fine. They are very comfortable pillows. I think they're firm, yet soft. As good a quality as I've seen for $80+ dollars in retail stores. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing - changed the way I sleep
This pillow is incredible. It’s very firm and has memory foam. Your head sinks in nicely after laying on it, but it doesn’t sink all the way through causing it to go flat. It’s durable and thick. I fall asleep within minutes. It’s improved my sleep because I no longer wake up at looking for a new pillow. Also, the price is reasonable. The shape is unique. The larger hump fills in the area around my neck for maximum support. I don’t think I could go back to any other pillow to be honest.

Good for my neck.
I need to keep my spine aligned while I sleep. I use the larger size only. The memory foam keeps my neck stable and supported all night. I like how thick it is.

Good pillow that holds its shape
Ever since we ordered 1 during sale we had to go back and purchase another one despite the discount no longer applies.It's been a month and there's no signs of saying yet. It supports our neck just enough that does not bother us.My shoulders feel relaxed and the 2 sides with different heights are great options if one doesn't completely for your needs.I have not heard of the brand but I recommend it!

Does not plump up after 20 hours…Update see note
Wow talk about slow recovery. 20 hours and still flat. Would not recommend. Maybe someday it will plump up. Must have been in the compressed state for a long time.Update: it took about a week to totally decompress, but it is fine now and comfortable to sleep on. When I opened it, it was so compressed, so just be patient if you experience this, it does eventually plump up nicely. I added 2 more stars for the comfort value.
