Q: I have a very skinny 6 year old. based on the reviews i would normally size up but he's 44" and 38lbs should i stick to the 6 so they don't fall down?

Hi Elaine - I think your sons waist size is important too. Please check out our sizing chart for the Noah Boxer Shorts. A size 6 has a relaxed waist size of 18" and usually stretches out to about 21". I do hope you find this useful
