Professional Round 18/8 Stainless Steel Flour Sieve with 60 Mesh (15cm)

Using this for parfaits and nut milk. Takes the abuse of forcing a parfait.

i used this partially to make chicken mousse for 40 of my scouts for a christmas camp 2 years ago. the product did not break when i had to use a lot of pressure to pass the pureed chicken through it. no complaints about it.i had to change to a bigger wholed sieve because it was aking for ever using this because the holes are extremely fine which is not a bad thing! but for chicken mousse for 40 people was every time consuming, took me 4 days to complete and if you work the chicken to much it will heat up which you do not want so i had to use a different sieve.

It definitely sieve all the way through giving a fine lot. However, it's tricky to clean out the inner rims.

Does the job good

What annoyed me about this product is that it’s a hell of a lot smaller than I had been led to believe. I wanted to use it for mouse and smooth mash potato making and it’s impossible for that. It’s really only useful for sifting flour.

OK product - a bit flimsy but is good enough for my needs.

It's quite quicker than the mug type

It is a bit too small but serves the purpose. I would like to buy a wider one.
