Purchased it to haul around my e-bike Talaria Sting, item was delivered fairly quick. Assembly was not too difficult had to figure it out myself because the instructions are horrible and the letters are tiny. They used the smallest font in the assembly booklet. I noticed when I was assembling there was a few knicks I had to sand down because they were sharp and would tear up my tires. I doubt it was done through shipping because the box was intact. Like other people complained the ramp holder the bolts and the holes in the ramp don’t line up. Edit: i really do appreciate companies when they try to make things right, when their product is not as expected. They reached out and made offer to make things right I thought it was fair and accepted it. I fixed the issue with the ramp and the holes not lining up, I just enlarged the hole where the twist knob goes to secure the ramp to the carrier with a file and the bolt goes in.with no problem. The nicks nothing a metal file and Jb weld couldn’t fix. Anyway I am planning to use the raptor bedliner spray can to use on the aluminum.

As a Single Woman, I wanted a sturdy ramp to haul my 50cc scooter along on camping trips with my van. The ramp and strip that the bike sits on are not smooth. It’s got a 2 inch pc of aluminum every maybe 6 inches or so making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to do myself. The ramp itself bent as my Son and I were pushing it up. The instructions were good putting it together but this is t the best quality and it doesn’t help me if I have to have help to get my scooter on it. Not sure how I’ll send it back as the box was a complete shamble when it hot here. Very disappointing

First thing I noticed right out of the box pieces looked like they’ve been dropped or abused but the box was fully intact so it must have happened at the factory with poor quality control, I read other reviews about missing hardware or bad instructions I will say that was not the case, all hardware was neat and organized and instructions were clear and easy to follow, one this is the front tire hoop is small and poorly located, I will need to cut and extend that to fit around a 20in dirt bike tire, all in all it seems like an ok product just gotta clean up some sharp edges where it was damaged before shipping

I looked at a bunch of carriers and went with this one because it was aluminum with steel brackets. The carrier also has support for the front wheel plus a forward tie down rings which most of the other carriers omit. Fed Ex delivered a very best up box that must have been taped up in shipment. I've seen better packaging and the steel parts were scratched and had dinged up the aluminum. There was no real damage so I accepted the delivery and got started on assembly. Before doing anything else I spray painted the scratches in the steel front wheel bracket. While that was drying I discovered there were no directions to go with the jumble of nuts and bolts. I spotted the hardware into groups of same sized components and matched them to the same number of holes in the brackets. It was obvious how assembly should go from looking at the pics on Amazon and I encountered no problems from there on. I slipped the carrier into my truck's hitch and gogured out how the anti rattle bracket was supposed to work and tightened up it's 4 socket head screws with the provided tool. Everything looks good to go and I'm so glad I opted for aluminum rather than going with a heavier steel version. One thing I saw from other reviews were negative comments regarding the hardware. I have no issues with the included hardware and feel it is up to the job. There is plenty of redundancy throughout with multiple bolts securing the same piece. I believe several bolts could fall off without losing the bike and lock nuts are used on every bolt anyway. I would buy this product again.
