Oven came very fast,it slipped into our kitchen unit spot on smells a bit on first few uses but getting less. The oven looks really good and works well and is very quiet so overall very pleased.

Tbe oven was delivered within 3 days. On opening the box the first thing we noticed was the top was badly dented. Fortunately when I removed the upper metal covers nothing inside was damaged so it was an easy fix. Fitting was simple as the oven came with approx 1 metre of cable attached so you can fit a plug or hard wire it. Operating the oven is a little confusing at first but once mastered the oven functions really well and certainly looks smart. I would have given the oven 5 stars but for one problem; the oven trays could not easily slide out or in and were scratching the surface because the oven walls were slightly bent inwards so had to be thumped to straighten them again. All in all for the price the oven is good but slightly let down by build quality.

The Russell is easy use . And easy to fit. Aslong dimensions correct. It's alot quite my previous which was 15 years old. Ovens have improved and economical. Downfall temp nob goes 50 rather dotts . Other than that recommend

I know what you're thinking, decentish make, good price, don't have to trawl around the shops and sold by Amazon. To counter that, I can tell you that it's extremely cheaply made, dangerous to use, Amazon aren't the seller and you'll need to buy a new one within 18 months. Don't do it. I ordered this in April 2016 and have used it for approx. 1 year (just long enough for the 1 year seller's warranty to expire). The casing of the oven has warped, causing hot trays to fall down during use and the door to loosen, preventing it from sealing the heat in. It has burned neighbouring kitchen furniture and is much hotter to the touch than it should be. Aside from the dangerous stuff, the buttons are cheap and the symbols rubbed off the front after about 2-3 months. Although the product was sold with a 2 year warranty, you need to read the fine print, as you need to specifically register for the 2nd year (something I failed to do to my cost). Having contacted the seller, they referred me to the supplier. I then challenged Amazon to support me, not wanting to disappear down a rabbit hole of phone calls to offices that are only open when I'm working and hold music, but they could not due to it not being 'sold by Amazon', with the 90 day support window post purchase having expired. Not only have I lost the unrecoverable cost of the item, within about 14 months of purchase, it's damaged cupboards in my kitchen and is dangerous to use. I strongly recommend against buying this particular item, but also against buying large appliances from other sellers via Amazon. In my opinion Amazon are allowing sellers to trade under their banner, implying a level of service and support that simply doesn't exist.

Great oven, digital with alarm and timer settings start and end cooking for the same price as ones with no functions. Took a little more time to be delivered than originally said and had to chase but over all happy.

Do not buy got 2 1 for me and 1 for daughter. My daughters lasted a month mine lasted a year very very poor production
