The media could not be loaded. Loving my new neutral wool rug by LOLOI & Chris Loves Julia (size 3’x5’)! My husband never comments on things I buy for our home, but he vocalized his approval about this diamond area rug!It’s extremely thick & cushion-y so I don’t need a rug pad 👍🏻 BUT it’s too thick that I can’t open/close my back door over it 👎🏻I’ve had it for a year now & it still looks brand new! Shedding has not been an issue, nor has Vacuuming!The neutral pattern looks high end & goes well almost everywhere in our home! Just be careful placing it next to a door as it may be too thick to open/close door.Overall I Highly Recommend!

WORLDS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE PRODUCT!!!!Terrible shedding has not subsided even after 10 months. My 6 month old almost choked on a clump of shedded rug. Soon the rug will be bald. Thank goodness I caught him with the clump right as it was headed into his mouth. They told me it would stop shedding eventually, and when I contacted them via email and told them it was poorly made and dangerous for my infant, and that he almost choked the response I got was that they cannot speak to the end user, only the buyers, and they could help me at all. I would never buy from them for this reason. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY!If I could I would give them a negative review!!!

I saw this rug in an open house and found it on several sites, with the best price on Amazon! We placed the rug today and I vacuumed it before placing the chairs - there was some shedding, which is expected on a new rug. I absolutely love it and ordered a smaller one for my front entry. (No smell and books are on top of one end to get it to flatten on the end that was on the roll.) Colors are perfect. Also, I usually am very conservative with my colors but I love what this rug adds to the dining room. I rarely do reviews but felt this one was worth reviewing!

I really like the rug. It’s thick and a beautiful design. But I’m positive I got a used one. Creases down the middle that I’m still trying to get out (laid it out October 8th, it is now October 22nd) there are still creases. The corners are still duct taped down because they keep lifting. The rug also came with stains. After paying 500$ with no guarantee I’d get a full refund I decided to keep the rug and do my best to bring it back to life as it is a good quality piece. Just wish I had received a brand new rug. The jute is lifted in several areas as well. So it looks like snags all over the rug . Trying to fix those as well. Overall a beautiful rug, just expect a used one.. many reviews warned me, so I’m warning you too .

I absolutely love this rug! It's soft yet spongy and I got a 1/2-in rug pad underneath it which keeps it secure and feels good to walk on. The colors are perfect. I especially love the distressed look where there are different colors likepale gray blue, to Amber, dark & light browns,grey, taupe, etc. And you can't beat the price! Obsessed.

I wanted to love this rug SO badly and hoping I just got a bad one. The rug had a terrible scent that just wouldn’t fade. It wasn’t the typical chemically smell of a new rug. It was more like a musty smell, so perhaps there was some moisture caught in there before it arrived. The scent was strong enough that I had to put it in another room to let it air out and that room did not smell good. I did not try airing it outside due to nearby construction and dust.I had been eyeing this rug for a while. The design is really nice. The light color was a little darker and more beige than I was hoping for (I thought it looked more like a dark ivory in others’ photos), but I still would’ve kept it if it wasn’t for the bad smell. The look and quality seemed nice. The price seems fair. There is a good chance I will try repurchasing it again in the future or at least will look for something very similar. Thankfully it was very easy to return!

Rug is in our family room and seeing lots of movement across it, dogs, bodies, toys. It looks great and is comfortable to be on.My only complaint is cleaning it. We have a Roomba and after it runs across it there is a rim of shredded fibers and then I need to sweep the perimeter to get all the fibers up. When I vacuum the rug, it also clumps and I my vacuum can’t suck it up so I need to bend and grab the clumps by hand. We have had a bit and I keep hoping it he shedding will lessen.
