1. Packaged very well, the bag is wrapped in bubble wrap, in a blue bag you can use to keep the bag safe afterwards (it has a draw string to tighten it), in a plastic bag that comes in a box. I appreciate the efforts to make sure no scratches or damaged can occur considering its from China and I ordered it to the UK. 2. The quality feels very good, soft and very nice material. First tike try bags from amazon which ide never usually do but I'm shocked at the quality. I haven't used it yet as missed forst delivery on day needed so I'll update on ware n tear etc when I go out with it. 3. I loved the little comic explaining the sellers story as it makes it feel more personable and easier to contact if their was an issue as there is an email on there. 4. I love that the chain links inside so u can attach the chain or keep it separate without seeing the chain. What I mean by this is it looks like a normal clutch bag but inside on either side or chains that you can then get the longer chain out and clip to it to make into a bag hut I like that it's all inside the bag and not the side. 5. The bag looks very classy and 100% worth the mkney so far. The clasped clips well easy to unclassified but with a good grip to keep it closed. 6. No scratches at all on the gold of the bag and phone fitted perfectly. For size refrence it just fitted my phone in with ease and I have Samsung s21 with a thick case on which takes a 1 or 2 cm more top and bottom (length wise). It also comes with a small chain attached a larger chain sp you have the choice to make it a small bag or a longer one
