It is not 60 X 75. It's 76 1/2 inches long and too long for a vacation trailer short queen mattress. I looked really hard for the correct size so we wouldn't have to cut into a $160.00 piece of foam. We ordered this one but as soon as it 'relaxed' for 2 days...we measured it and it was too long. I had already purchased sheets and a mattress cover for it and they would not have fit it without cutting it. So it was a great product...but not for us. Also AB does not pay return shipping and I imagine it is going to cost me a small fortune to return it. Just remember that when ordering.

Got this to put on top of our RV mattress. Makes sleeping a lot more comfortable than the crappy foam "mattress" they stick in the RV to begin with. It is not "fragile" as one reviewer says. There were a couple of discolored spots on it but I'm sure it was from shipping. No funky smell. No worries.

Great improvement over the regular mattress. Very comfy and fits camper bed great.

This is comfortable but very fragile. While unrolling it some small pieced came off in my fingers. Once it was unrolled it was comfortable and exactly what we wanted but when I kneeled on it to put on the mattress cover it tore under my knee. I am disappointment because I really liked it but there is something wrong with the foam.PSIf you get a bad one you are going to have to pay for the return shipping and the original shipping.

love this mattress topper, it is in my camper. I will enjoy it while away from home. It is soft and very comfortable
