It was the best choice, I ordered from a different company L-Glutamine Powder as well. I can't say if this works or not, I don't have a laboratory to check, but it was almost tasteless as it should be, and I used this product, ordered 3 times and planning to get more and try other products from Hellenia. A batch number and a BBE date of 02/2027 are printed on the label. Plenty of time to consume because I received my order during April 2025. Being a micronised powder, it is rather fine. Some clumps had formed within the tub but these can be broken down. It doesn't have much of a taste, if any, so can easily be mixed in drinks without drastically changing their flavour. A seal was present across the opening of the tub for safety, freshness, and peace of mind. Each serving is supposed to provide 5g.

This glutamine powder mixes smoothly and is completely unflavoured, ideal if you want to add it to your shakes or just take with water. It really helps with recovery after tough workouts, and I noticed reduced soreness within a few days. The tub is generously sized and comes with a scoop for convenience. Great value for the quality.

I picked this up after realising my post-leg-day slump was getting a bit out of hand. I wanted something simple to add to my routine without changing the taste of everything I put it in, and this unflavoured glutamine powder fit the bill nicely. I’ve been mixing it into my morning smoothie and my post-gym shake without any issues, it disappears quicker than socks in the wash. What I really like is how fine the powder is. No weird clumps or gritty bits at the bottom of the shaker, which is a win when you're in a rush. The scoop makes it dead easy to measure out, though I nearly lost it in the tub on day one. Dug around like a dog looking for a buried bone. I use it mainly after training sessions, especially on leg days or when I do circuits that make me question my life choices. It’s now a regular part of the gym bag. If I had to nitpick, the tub could be a bit shorter and wider – easier to reach the scoop when it's running low. But that’s me being picky. Worth the money, for sure.

This arrived with an expiry date of just under two years in the future. It had the usual foil inner seal for freshness. The tub and the lid are sturdy enough to withstand repeated use and a little 5g scoop is included. I regularly use L-Glutamine and I prefer getting it in a sturdy plastic tub with a screw top rather than a wobbly plastic pouch. I also prefer the unflavoured versions like this one as I prefer my protein powder to deliver the taste. This particular powder is very fine and in a vortex mixer it dissolves almost immediately. There is no background taste, it isn’t gritty and it doesn’t leave a residue on the bottom at the end of the drink. My wife is also using this and she has it with just water. Again, she confirms it is truly unflavoured and pleasant to drink.
