This is a very good salt. I don’t really taste the difference between normal salt, but this has 82 or so of the minerals our body needs and I usually put a pinch in my water every morning. It is very high-quality.

It is finely crushed salt perfect for my use. Tastes great and love the jar. I wish it was free shipping with Amazon; it isn’t included with other items to add up to what Amazon requires for free shipping.

I am chronically, dehydrated, and my physicians were no help. Their advice was to drink more water, but after my own research, I found out that the water was just not being absorbed into my cell. I take the salt daily. And the issues I was having from the dehydration have ended. One of my worries with taking this was that it might raise my blood pressure.
