Vitamin D3 Spray
Reasonable quantity of vitamin D3 spray.Spray bottle is reasonable quality (glass) and doesn't seem to clog easily.The dose being at 1 spray = 200iu (it recommends 5 sprays for 1000iu/day), does mean for my 4000iu intake I'm taking rather a lot of the sprays but I knew that when getting the product. I have found the taste when taking this much to be not particularly pleasant, but I can see this being good if you are not a fan of solid tablets.

Wave
One spray of this on my tongue and I struggled to breathe for a couple of hours. I felt a nice wave through my body and strange sensations in my head. I am low on vitamin D but suspect I'm allergic to this.

However I stopped using it when all of a sudden I had elevated calcium levels. Always had normal calcium levels before. My vitamin D levels are optimal though.It is wrong to believe that with this Lichen-derived form of vitamin D3 supplement you don't have to take vitamin K2 as not doing so builds up your calcium levels over time and then you'll develop serious health problems.Hopefully I'll be getting most of my vitamin D naturally from the sun from now on until Autumn but as a stand-by I've ordered this bottle which I'll take with vitamin K2 supplements.
