Only guide I've found that works with Optase bottle...excellent.
Tried many eye drop guides and this is the only one that easily and truly fits on an Optase bottle. Makes all the difference in comfortable use.

Work great but don’t know if you leave it on the bottle and keep the bottle cover off. Would be to hard to remove and put on every time you use the drops.
