My husband loves this oil. It keeps his guns rust free and well lubricated. Super easy and leak proof bottle. Worth the price tag

I have bought this before and used. It works really well. When you apply it does smell like used motor oil but that goes away. I have used it on about 6 handguns including a 1911 and it works great. I can tell the slides have less friction after I use it and rack the slides about 6 times. It also holds up well even after firing. You can't beat the price either.

Good lubrication and seems to hold up well

I bought 3 bottles because I had heard this stuff is great on guns and knives! We use this oil on all of our firearms and knives. Absolutely amazing stuff. I used to buy CLP’s because I didn’t know any better. I thought an all in one gun oil was the way to go but know that I have been schooled by Alphagun… I will only use this oil from now on. We are all about buying USA products and knowing and seeing that Don Mann, Navy Seal endorsed this gun oil only solidified our stance about this oil. I am a believer in this oil but I still went into Don Mann’s site and verified that this was a true endorsement. Best gun oil (and I’ve tried them all)… After watching the videos I decided to try it out on a couple of my firearms. I probably over lubricate my firearms, but I always want to make sure my guns are protected. I gave them an extra wipe down at the range and the action was smooth. This is for real… I am a believer now and I can’t wait to take my shotgun duck hunting. Salt water has done a number on my shotguns in the past but what I have seen so far with ALPHAGUN GUN OIL, I know that my rifle will be protected. It’s nice to know that this gun oil is made in the USA and by oil field experts in Texas. Thanks again and I will repost after duck season…

Its good to see American Made Firearm related products. I took a little longer than intended for this review hoping I could get to the range and do a smoke test, but just have not had any time.As for oiling it is thicker and while the instructions say to wipe off the excess I only wide the globs off if there is any. Wiping the oil itself off seems counter productive the same with grease. Just wipe off the excess and you should be fine.I do carry my firearm 24/7 and the holster gets a lot of dust/debris in it, but the dust does not accumulate in the areas where the oil is applied (at least not immediately).I can't tell any change in action from using a specific oil, you would have to have a severely damaged or tight tolerance fitting to see a change with oil, and I have worked as a designer for years. More than likely the change is from the actual cleaning.But definitely will keep an eye on this product. I don;t shoot as much as I used to so this one bottle of oil will probably last the rest of my life. Well, wait not if I use it on all of my guns:)
