Great obstacle light
It’s great little light. Using it as an obstacle marker on my dock. The wind blew it into the water; I can not recommend it for sub marine use. I ordered another. ...I pulled it from the frozen depths. After it thawed and drained...it works! I agree it is not very visible in daylight.

Not very bright for outdoor use
This is rather small, not very bright. Best suited for indoor, notification light as apposed to an alerting/alarm light.

Good choice, depending on your application.
Works well. Very easy to set up. Nice quality. With that being said, it was smaller than I thought it would be. Very bright, though.

Not For Daylight Use
This is another case of getting what you pay for. These lights seem to be well put together, and they might work well in a dark environment. However, they are not bright enough to be seen in sunlight - even on a cloudy day - from more that 10 feet away. I purchased the yellow caution light (using it for a “caution” situation) and perhaps a red lens might be more visible in the light. It does seem to be a good product, just not suitable / bright enough for my needs.
