Perfect thickness and it’s soft too. It’s really comfortable, and when I roll to my back, it’s perfect for taking the pressure off my back. I just hope it wakes on when it’s time.

I am healing a torn meniscus, so I cannot side sleep without a pillow between my knee and ankle. Regular pillows just create some weird angles, and they almost always slide away from my leg at night. This knee pillow because of the way it is constructed actually stays between my legs and keeps everything at the same height. I should have probably would have gone for the 6-inch one, but I ordered the 5-in and very happy with it. And is easy to maneuver around in the bed. My knee is feeling better now that it is consistently supported while I sleep. I'm very very happy with this product

My husband loves this thing. Swears it’s the best knee pillow ever — perfect support, super comfy, helps him sleep like a dream. Me? I have beef with it. Because at 2 a.m., without fail, it migrates across the bed and becomes my unwanted cuddle partner. I didn’t marry a third pillow, but here we are. Five stars from him, three from me, so we’ll call it four overall.

After trying several different ways to substitute for a proper knee pillow, I finally decided to purchase one. I've been using this for about a week now, and it's made a HUGE difference to my sleep quality. The shape is excellent, the fit to my body very well suited. The only downside is that when you wake up to readjust your sleep position, it's not easy to move this around. It takes waking almost completely up to reposition the pillow. I've also only used it during cold weather; I suspect that using this in the heat of summer will be problematic, as your lower leg is covered by the entire length of the pillow. Still, for the improvements to my body comfort and sleep quality, I give this five stars.

The size is what I was looking for, but the 6" thick is way off! I was hoping it would puff up after opening, but it only grew to about 3 1/2" and that squished to about 1" when in use. Disappointing that it's so thin, especially when I love the length and width of it.

Surprisingly effective! I don't use this every night -- just when my back, knees, or hips are bothering me and it offers pain relief. I can use it on both sides and when I lay on my back. Some pros: - I love the length of the pillow, as it fits the length of my legs pretty well (I'm 5'6"). - I also love the little groove in the middle. Like someone else's review said, I'm not sure why that works... but it does. - It works great for side or back sleeping, in my opinion. It's firmness/softness is good for both. Some cons (I guess?): - It's fairly difficult to move under the sheets, so when I roll from side-to-side it does take a little bit of acrobatic work with my legs. This could be related to the pillowcase I use too. - My husband occasionally gets poked with the pillow, lol. If you sleep alone or don't like to cuddle with your partner, this will not be a problem. - I have not tried to wash this pillow yet (I use a pillowcase), but I don't imagine it would be an issue.

I needed a pillow between my knees and ankles because they need to be on the same plane. My knee was torquing while I slept and it was aggravating my knee bursitis (pes anserine) every night. I used this pillow last night and it is perfect! So comfortable, easy for me to find a good sleep position (the groove helps), not too thick or thin (I’m short and got the 4” thickness) and it’s not too hot or heavy like memory foam can be. I am so happy I found it, my knee feels great this morning!

I bough this pillow to help alleviate hip and back pain. It did take a while to get used to and it definitely helped with the pain. Our cat decided that it was her new bed.

I am a side sleeper and for proper support and hip alignment I have tried other cushions that eventually ended up in the garbage. Especially the small ones that go between your knees with an elastic strap on them to keep them in place. I am a senior who gets up 1 or 2 times a night to use the bathroom. Hopping to the bathroom, in a hurry, with a cushion attached to me would make a great Super Bowl commercial...LOL. But this cushion is not small,has no straps, and is a good sized pillow that goes from just above my knees to my feet. So it keeps everything aligned properly. There is no elastic but it stays in place due to a seam sewn lengthwise down the middle that acts as a cradle. I have slept with it for 4 nights now and have had the best sleep ever! It is so comfortable. Buy it - you won't be disappointed.
