Works great. Just have to make sure you give it time to heat up. I heat mine to 250 and it works perfectly. Also when you put it back on the base it has to be facing the right way to actually heat up.

Takes forever to heat and the roll doesn’t work properly

I used to have a waxing roller that has a cord and I am soooooo in love with this cordless model.I did see a reviewer say you don't need to go above 150 in the temperature settings, but that is not true. It will take the wax FOREVER to soften if you only got to that temp. I set it to 250 to melt the wax and then 200 when I'm waxing. I roll directly on my skin fornmt legs and it's not too hot at all. For my bikini like under arms, I roll the wax onto the strip, don't roll the wax on your skin in those areas. Highly recommend this product. Great ergonomic design and quality charging station. I also love the honey wax that comes with it!

It removes hair if you do two passes but is EXTREMELY sticky and is hard to remove without the removal wipes that you will eventually run out of ill just stick to my sugaring

It works great, does make a mess. But could also be user error. It worked great other than that. I think it does a great job

The heat sensor didn’t regulate properly, overheated in OFF mode, wax didn’t evenly distribute at ANY temp hot/warm/cool, the second cartridge is defective and unable to use, and will not stay on.

So I’m a man I use this machine to wax my legs and arms. I have is set to 199 for about 30 minutes before applying the honey wax to my body not the strips. I really enjoy this product. I hate having to shave every week so this helps lot.

Really not a good purchase it never worked as you can see in the picture at 183 and nothing happens nothing is coming out . Waste of money.
