Not for us but good product and customer service

The item didn't work for me, unfortunately, as I live in an older apartment whose cabinets had ridged edges. However I did attempt and the product seems like it is made well. I really appreciated the customer service as well. They checked in with me to see how I liked the product and when they found out about the issue they insisted on giving me a refund immediately. I would definitely recommend these to others!
