Cheap but great material. Built a cross my neighbor wanted for burning.

The basswood plywood boards are really nice & will work perfectly for the project I have in mind.Shipped & arrived quickly.

I was disappointed that the boards were too thin, but were easy to paint on using acrylic paints!! Worth a try!!

Pros :- product packaged nicely and arrived on time.- nice and flat, thickness was correct, and durable.Cons:- feels more like a bass wood then balsa- can not stick a pin in this wood, it is not "soft"- I'm sure value for money would be ok if this is the type of wood you are looking for, butit was not for me because I just couldn't find a purpose for it.Why one star?I feel the product description was not accurate, which is a huge deal when you need an item for a project and you onlyhave a set amount of time to get it done.

So thin I think it will break with little pressure. Wanted them for a craft project and I’m going to try gluing two together to get a decent board. Would return but needed something asap.

Good hard wood and basically grain-less when cutting thus no splitting.
