The straps were broken and the shield had a crack in it. And it came in really late

Bought this shield for my 4 year old as a Christmas gift. It arrived on time and was much bigger than I expected. The material is very sturdy. My child has thrown the shield across the room and has hit the bricks around the fireplace and the shield has held together. He absolutely loves it! I am very pleased with this purchase.

this shield is relatively thick- yes, it does bend if you push it but it's plastic, not metal. It's way sturdier than other reviews make it seem. It's overall a great shield for the price, it's a great size and the paint isn't too horrible, though it could be neater. The silver paint is metallic and has an almost glittery appearance and the other colors are matte, which looks a bit odd in my opinion. I got it to use as a base for a Captain America cosplay rather than spending a few hundred on a metal shield, all it needs is a small bit of reinforcing to make it sturdier and new paint.

Came broken so I sent it back for a new one. Overall this is a great looking wall piece to add to my Marvel collection.

I couldn't find info on this shield before purchasing but I wanted it and went for it. It is a large shield. I guess 36". I didn't measure. It looks ok. But it is very flimsy. I wasn't expecting to stop bullets but for the price I was expecting a little more. It will do the job I need it to... look cool with my costume.

good price, looks good, perfect size for adults, but don't think your going to be tossing this shield around. strictly for looks. wear on your arm or on your back, will complete most midrange costumes. Or display nicely on a wall.
