does what is it supposed to do. Is a stimulant. Works within 6 hours. Is not a stool softener, so keep that in mind. If you have hard stools you need MirraLax products or you need to add a softener to this product. Keep that in mind, as this will stimulate your bowels but not soften up what comes out and that can be painful. So hydrate well and do not take more than the recommended dose.
