Great product!
I replaced my 2 year old Craftsman opener with this and it is so much nicer. It opens the first time I use the remote and operates smoothly.

good value, but be careful of the remote as it does not work on older vehicles.
Nice operner for the price. Things to be aware of are, one, the chain drive is only warranted for one year and the belt drive for longer. One would think the chain would be warranted for longer that a rubber belt. And two, the remotes do not work with older cars that have built in remotes. Have to buy an adapter. Not cool, but works.

Works good.
Haven’t had to use tech support. Happy with the purchase and was delivered quicker than expected. Little noisier than my other one but doesn’t seem to bother me.

Do Not Buy This Product Unless You Are Prepared For Problems In Installation
I bought this opener to replace a twenty year old opener. Since the products are the same brand and rating I expected a a plug in replacement with minimum problems. I was wrong! To start with, since the rail is 10 feet long and the box is only two feet long the rail must be joined of several sections. The sections are square and will go together four ways, only one of which is correct. The instructions are not clear on this point. Then the trolley must be placed on the rail. Again, which way is correct. The illustrations are not clear. I finally got the rail and cable assembly together after having to take it apart and redo it three times. I got the rail assembled to the motor, and I noticed that the chain spreader was plastic instead of metal and the trolley was bent up sheet metal. The old unit I was replacing had metal parts which looked a lot more substantial. Next, I was instructed to hang the unit. I discovered the new rail is longer than the old one by about 2 inches, so the hanger does not fit. I relocated the hanger brackets and finally got the opener hung. I wired the installation per the instructions. The next step was to program the opener travel. On the old unit the up and down limits were simple knobs. The new unit uses a simple computer, and the programming is done with three buttons, labeled up, down, and adjustment. After some confusion between the adjustment and learn buttons I went through the programming sequence and immediately discovered the trolley was on the wrong place with respect to the chain sprocket. The door hit the stop on up and only went halfway down. I relocated the chain and went through the programming again. Success! The door went up when the up button was pressed and down when the down button was pressed. But the remote control did not work. Since I had confused the learn and adjustment buttons I had accidentally erased the code. I redid the code learning process and the door now worked with the remote. But the wall button did not work. I liked the style of old one better than the new so I had reused the old button. Upon examination of both, I discovered the old wall button just shorted two wires together, while the new button contained a logic circuit. I replaced the old button with the new, and finally had a completely functioning door. I then tried to sync the six old remotes to the new opener so every body could have one and discovered the old remotes were not compatible with the new opener. Bummer!I should point out that I am retired with an engineering degree . I made my living building rockets, so I feel if I could not follow the instructions most folks would have problems. And there appears to be little justification for the changes between the old and new units which foiled backward compatibility, other than making one buy new remotes. The difference in rail length is just inexcusable.

Not HomeLink Compatible
It works, and I ended up with it as a matter of exigency (in the middle of a remodel and my 30 year old Genie screw drive failed, bought it sight unseen on the recommendation of a contractor who knew a guy who knew a guy....). But the disappointing thing is that it isn't HomeLink compatible. The Owner's Manual just says (of HomeLink): "“If your vehicle is equipped with HomeLink, a Compatibility BridgeTM (not included) may be necessary for certain vehicles. Visit bridge.chamberlain.com to find out if a Bridge is needed.”And if you follow that instruction, you ultimately end up on a "404 Page Not Found." That is, they don't even make the Compatibility Bridge they are telling you you may need. For the record, the vehicles I was trying to link were both Toyotas, one a 2005 & the other a 2010.And from what I can tell, "certain vehicles" seems to mean any year model vehicle before 2011. Some reviews say 2008, but it sure isn't compatible with a 2010 Prius, so hard to tell exactly when/what HomeLink changed without more research that I care to get into.Scrounging around on Amazon, it appears that the only product out there that will act as this "bridge" that Chamberlain no longer makesTM is the LiftMaster 855lm Homelink Repeater Kit, which, interestingly, is $5 cheaper than a duplicate remote transmitter for the C203.

Good Inexpensive garage door opener
i picked one of these and installed it on a standard single stall garage, really easy to put together and install, the travel is also easily adjusted with the up and down arrows on the back of the unit. The motor runs quietly and has plenty of power. If you are looking for inexpensive replacement garage door opener that basic functions this is a good option and head unit fairly light also for weight, decent replacement product
