I've only used it a few weeks now, but it's holding its own like a champ. The hard case upper front pocket is a new thing for me, but I like the structure it adds to the pack and how it helps protect the things in the other sections as well. Pockets have zippers that open far enough to be able to get into the different sections and the laptop sleeve accomodates a 16" diagonal screen laptop. It would probably handle a 17" too but I haven't tested it.Pack itself is pretty light but still has some substantial fabric strength. Appears seams are well sewn and it's balanced when worn. I'm 5'4" and have a short to average torso. I find it just fits my back and so long as I have the straps adjusted properly it sits on my back instead of using my rear as a shelf. Padding is adequate without making it feel like the staypuff marshmallow man is hitching a ride. Bottle holders are really accomodating for larger width bottles, you could easily stash a prego can of soup in there. It doesn't necessarily hold things in place when the bag tips though. If you're packing 32oz+ stainless steel travel coffee mug, it's more likely to tip out. And if your gasket is cracked it might soak your passenger seat by accident. (Don't be me kids...) Color is true to the image.Overall, I'm super glad I got this bag. I'm sure it will carry my things for years to come!

As said in other reviews lots of great pockets of all sizes inside and out. The zippered pocket on the top of the inside flap is very flat with a key leash inside. So flat that it seems like it would only fit ID or a passport. Top outside pocket is a bit rigid and velour lined and seems right for glasses but would also be convenient and protective for a phone. There are webbed straps on either side where you can clip on things like a hat or umbrella with your own carabiner clipAppreciate the double zippers. Water bottle pockets are a stretchy ventilated fabric and seem like they could rip eventually. Wish the top handle was padded and that there was a chest strap. It seems wider at the base than at the top. It will stand on its own if you put something flat and heavy on the bottom. I put a pouch full of cords and chargers there. Its 26L and is not so deep that I feel like a turtle. It's proportionate for a petite height woman. In the main compartment I can fit a pouch of chargers and cords, a fanny pack and my Surface Pro 6 with room to spare for a small lunch bag and my packable puffy coat. I appreciate the color choices...hate it that most serious work backpacks are only in neutrals and usually black. The teal color is more like sage and pine green. Overall, almost perfect for a work bag for someone who is on the move all day.

I bought this for my college-aged child. She said it’s very nice and she loves it. The quality is excellent!!! It’s big enough for her 16” MacBook to be packed safely. She said the straps are comfortable as well. It has plenty of room for all of her college necessities and for a few snacks too. This bag is built nicely and I know it won’t fall apart after a few months. Great purchase!! I would recommend this.

Very high quality feeling material and has plenty of storage room options with all of the different pockets. The straps make the bag feel extremely stable when wearing, even when you have the bag loaded. Great price as well.

My daughter loved the color and this is definitely one of the better backpacks we’ve purchased. The material is durable as well as the straps and zippers. It holds up well for the amount of stuff my daughter has to carry from class to class. Great purchase for middle school students.
