So I was checking on a different brand of the same product when I noticed a different brand with features like temperature control and a timer on sale for the same price as this one. However in my impulsive rush to purchase the fancier unit I somehow managed to click on and purchase this unit. That being said it works wonderfully at keeping my coffee comfortably hot. I have not used it more than 3 hours yet, nor have I had any trouble with the heating surface. I will note 2 things though. One as noted by other reviewers, for maximum effectiveness you need to use a flat bottom coffee cup. Anything fancy or rimmed will not be heated as well. Also I've learned if you use an insulated or vacuum sealed mug that will actually work against you. The mug will get hot whilst the coffee will cool off. So yeah I was surprised when I opened it up and it was not the other brand with the fancier features, but hey if you have a finger and a heartbeat you can operate this thing.

I would encourage anyone to but this warmer. It takes up very little space and it keeps your beverage hot. It suggested flat bottom container but I used tea cups that is not flat and it works. This is a good buy. I have no regret.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this device works. It has kept my coffee warm and at just the right temperature. I had grown accustomed to my coffee tasting lukewarm after a while, so to have a nicely warmed coffee throughout the day is a nice treat and a pick me up. This is a good device that won't break the bank and will keep your favorite coffee just like you like it.

So I love my coffee in the mornings. When I get up make my coffee than I start getting ready. As I get ready my coffee after awhile starts getting cold. Then I have to make new coffee. With this warmer it keeps it nice and hot. I turn it on as soon as I start my day. So from the time I get make it and get ready for work. Then wake up the kids for school and get them ready. My coffee is still hot.its really nice. I have the black one..now sure if they have white. However there is a button you much after plugging it on. The blue light comes on and your good to go. This I would definitely recommend.

Well I guess you get what you pay for. It was only $10. I bought it in Jan and it's already dead. It kept my coffee hot for the first 2.3 months, then the led on top burned out so I'd have to hold my hand over the top to see if it was still on or not. But after that, it only got about half as hot as it originally did. It still kept my coffee warm so I kept using it. Now it's dead completely, 7 months after purchase. Never spilled on it or anything, it's just gone. RIP coffee warmer.

Works great. Keeps hot drinks at the perfect temperature for my taste. The hot plate aera is large and perfectly flat, which accommodates larger cups. The price was half as much as other sources for the identical product.

I love this warmer. I was originally concerned about the reviews but took precautions to be safe. It doesn’t keep a whole cup of coffee super warm but those last sips are and that’s what matters. I have no complaints. If mine breaks or stops working I will buy another.
