Order 1 for my son for his 10th birthday.Went to use it and the code is only 12 digits long.eShop, Fortnite both want 16 digits.Returned for a replacement and that too only had 12 digits.Epic saying it's not their issue and Nintendo support also saying it's not their issue.No-one willing to help or take responsibility.Will now be returning the 2nd one.

Code does not work
As i bought over 30 days ago for my son’s birthday i had not tried the code. It says online to enter 16 digit code but there is only 12 inside the box. It won’t work. Can’t send back to amazon and the website for the seller is unhelpful and does not allow you to email them. Complete con
