I’ve been taking this Ginseng for several weeks now. I know that it’s working to improve my health. I seem to have more energy now and my memory is also a little bit better. Ginseng has quite a few benefits that are backed up by more research than most supplements. The taste of the capsules isn’t wonderful; but it is tolerable. The capsule is easy to swallow even though it’s big. The dose for 400mg of Ginseng is only one capsule. I recommend this product.

Simply put, it works. Started taking this about a month ago. It keeps you motivated throughout the whole act...think about it for a minute.

I like the way this brand process their supplements. I have taken it for a few weeks and don't know if it's working. Energy level is still the same but I'm more focus than usual.Pill format is good, easy to swallow but it does have a smell to it.I have used it to blend my drinks but it's too smelly so taking it as a pill format is better.

Capsules provide a nice energy boost which has been great for making exercise and sports activities more intense.

I had diarrhea after using.
