Wow! I was hesitant buying shoes online... Sure, I could always return them, but what a hassle. But after visiting more than a few stores and either not finding what I wanted, or the store not having my size, I decided to try these. So glad I did! The fit is comfortable. I'm on my feet a lot for work and I needed something professional that I could stand to wear all day. My "go to" shoes are my Cole Haan Nike Air wedges, but I couldn't find any in solid black that I liked. These are a great substitute for a fraction of the price. I have a wide foot (I usually wear a 9 1/2 or a 9W), I ordered a 9 1/2 in these -- great fit.

I am an elementary school teacher and on my feet all day long. Theses shoes are so comfortable and the only heels I wear at work. The rubber soles are a must when being on your feet all day! I own 3 pairs.

These fit a tiny bit small in the sides of the balls of my feet. I do have wider feet but that's why I went half a size larger like I usually do when I can't get a wife size. They are not unbearable though just snug. I have a feeling if I had gone a full size up they would be too big so it might just be my odd feet. Anyways, they are very comfortable and my feet do not pull out of them when I walk. They look very professional and make business pants or skirts look even better than flats. I would recommend these if you are on your feet all day but if you have an office job that requires you to be seen and walk around the office in the day.

I'm back ! Ladies, I'm 5-10, ex swimmer, about 155 pounds. I'm at the office all day and as a swimmer (or a ballerina - which I'm NOT), my feet need arch support. Love the soft souls inside and the stylish detailing. Great look, very comfy souls on the bottom of the shoe. What I really love about these is that you can wear them with a professional pair of pants, a nice skirt, or in a pair of capri's out walking around looking at art festivals. COMPLETE comfort. I just wish the color brown on their website was actually labelled brown not pewter. I have the black/black, the navy, the pewter and the burgandy. MUST GET !

I have issues with pumps fitting my heal properly. I usually have good luck with Anne Klein shows, but these kept flipping on and off my heal making it awkward to walk properly. I returned them.
