It's a really accurate and well-made punch tester. Great for knowing how hard you punch so you can improve your score.

Seems like it should be able to take a bit more abuse, especially considering it's intended use case.

Because I have nothing to compare it too, I can't speak to the accuracy, but wanted to know what punch power I was getting out of jabs and crosses and when I used hips and shoulders and when it was standing.It is really good for that. I bought a spare one for my Krav Gym as a gift. Seems to work well. Easy setup.My oldest kid hits harder than I do, heh time to catch up.
