Q: How do i get the cx7 to read these cards successfully?

You must assign the card to your employees which already enrolled from Cloud software. Let's follow the next easy steps - 1.Login Cloud software - 2.Edit Employees - 3.Punch Management - 4.Choose the Card Punch Mode - 5.Insert the 8 digits card number (AFTER THE ZEROS / BEFORE THE SPACE) which show on the card - 6. Click Next until finish the enrollment proceed - 7. After a few seconds, please swipe the enrolled card to have a test on the device´s reading area.
